About grammar I think can be done, problem for both N5 and N4 is the vocabulary. Genki introduce always new words each lession but doesn't seem to cover the total amount of words should be know for N5 and N4. It's true an official words list doesn't exist but based to the "unofficial" JLPT words list here the vocabulary should 800 words for N5
